Our Approach

Renovating requires good choices and a well-thought-out plan. From the outset, we work with you to develop a renovation plan and determine the available budget. Together, we discuss your wishes and translate them into a clear plan of action, with a transparent quote and no surprises afterwards.

During implementation, we work with short lines of communication. Each project has a designated foreman as the point of contact. This supervisor monitors the schedule, budget, and quality, and ensures that everything is carried out as agreed.

Throughout the project, we will keep you well informed of the progress and costs. This way, you always know where you stand and we can work together towards a result that meets your expectations. Payment will only be made once the work has been completed.

How do I know how much my renovation will cost?

Every renovation is different, but we can always give you a rough estimate. For example, a total renovation costs an average of €1,500 to €2,000 per square meter, including VAT. Please contact us for an initial estimate or a transparent quote with no obligation.

Can I pay via a building deposit account?

That is possible. You will receive a weekly invoice detailing the work carried out and materials purchased. This can be submitted to all Dutch mortgage lenders for payment from a building fund.

Do you provide a warranty on the work?

We provide a minimum 1-year warranty on our work as standard. Wear and tear and damage caused by external factors are excluded from this warranty.

Are you insured?

We ensure that every project has adequate CAR insurance coverage. CAR stands for Construction All Risk. This is insurance that covers unforeseen damage caused during our work.

Where should I start with my renovation?

A good start is half the battle. We are therefore happy to help you with an initial indication and with the preparatory steps such as drawings, calculations, or permit applications.
